Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Shelby, NC

I reserved my room prior to arrival. The front desk person had my room and documents prepared for me which made check in quicker. She told me everthing i needed to know regarding the hotel such as checkout and breakfast time. The hotel is obviously undergoing renovations however the room was completey updated since my last stay. The room had most essentials that you would expect includung bodywash, and make up wipes.

The hotel accommodations were really nice. The breakfast was horrible What Bonus question was good was good. Plotting in your room was good. Most timely then it in our App Store. Share photos that I f***** you up your stay on. It's f****** pictures when I'm f****** staying. When you're taking f****** pictures, I'm gonna f****** Shelby. I think it was a woman I prefer.

We had to stay here because the tornado that came through May 8th ripped our roof off our home!! The staff was very kind and made sure we were as comfortable as possible!! I wish I'd thought to have gotten everyone's names!!

Location, fresh coffee, comfy beds,friendly staff(always happy to help at front desk & housekeeping),and very clean. Best for the price. Excellent pest control,never saw any bugs at all. Felt safe there. Floors were cleaned continually throughout our stay, and fresh clean smell throughout. I would recommend.

The breakfast was amazing! They quite literally had a buffet of food-all choices. The sweet lady even offered to make someone turkey sausage that preferred that over regular. Extremely pleased. The front desk staff were so welcoming and kind, the rooms were very clean, and last but definitely not least a noon checkout is amazing!!! Being able to sleep in and actually get your self together before leaving instead of being pushed out the door. Will stay here again!!
